L'ESC QuicRun WP 8BL150 di seconda generazione (G2) dimostra una maggiore efficienza alle basse temperature, grazie alla sua tecnologia a ruota libera intelligente, superando il suo predecessore, ma l'atteso aumento delle prestazioni non è tutto ciò che questo ESC G2 ha da offrire, l'obiettivo principale è stato l'avanzamento del BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit), precedentemente limitato a 6 V a 3 A, ora è commutabile con uscita a 6 V o 7,4 V a 6 A., la corrente di picco può raggiungere anche i 12 ampere, consentendo l'utilizzo del BEC insieme a servi ad alta tensione.
